General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales made on the S Lusso website, accessible at s-lusso.com, published by AGENCE DMC.
By placing an order on the site, the customer acknowledges having read these T&Cs and accepts them without reservation.
1. Products
The products offered for sale are those presented on the site, subject to stock availability.
Product photographs and descriptions are presented with the greatest care to be as accurate as possible. However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur depending on the screen used.
2. Pricing
Product prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs are indicated separately during the ordering process and before validation.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are billed at the price displayed at the time of order validation.
3. Ordering
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart.
Before confirming their order, the customer can verify and modify the entered information as well as the contents of their cart.
The order becomes final after validation and confirmation of payment, or according to the payment terms offered on the site.
An order confirmation is sent to the customer at the email address provided during the order.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious error regarding price, a payment issue, suspected fraud, or exceptional unavailability of the product.
4. Payment
Payment is made according to the payment methods offered on the site at the time of the order.
Transactions are processed by the payment service providers used by the site. Banking information is not retained by the seller when payment is processed by a secure provider.
For orders with cash on delivery, the order amount is payable upon receipt of the package.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order.
Delivery times and costs are indicated to the customer before order validation.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided during the order.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Moroccan regulations applicable to distance selling, the customer has, under the conditions provided by law, a period of 7 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
A customer wishing to return a product must contact the seller at slusso.official@gmail.com within the stipulated timeframe to learn the return procedures.
Returned products must be, as far as possible, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and accompanied by their original components and packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by the seller, a defective product, or a product that does not conform to the order.
The refund is made in accordance with applicable legal provisions, after receipt and verification of the returned product.
No refund may be refused when the customer validly exercises a right provided for by applicable regulations.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges for size or model may be offered by the seller, subject to availability.
The terms and any costs related to the exchange will be communicated to the customer upon their request.
Commercial exchanges offered voluntarily by the seller do not limit the legal rights enjoyed by the consumer.
8. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If the received product is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to the order, the customer must contact the seller as soon as possible at slusso.official@gmail.com, indicating their order number and, if necessary, attaching photographs of the product.
After verification, the seller will offer, as appropriate, a replacement, an exchange, a refund, or any other solution provided by applicable regulations.
9. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse or improper use of the product by the customer.
The seller’s liability cannot be invoked in the event of force majeure or an event beyond their control preventing or delaying the fulfillment of the order.
10. Personal Data
Personal data collected during an order is processed in accordance with applicable Moroccan regulations on personal data protection, in particular Law No. 09-08.

11. Intellectual Property
All elements present on the site, including texts, photographs, images, logos, graphics, and content, are protected by applicable intellectual property provisions.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use of all or part of these elements is prohibited.

13. Modification of the T&Cs
The seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
The T&Cs applicable to an order are those accepted by the customer at the time of validation of that order.
